Introduction

By using the LILY app or website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please stop using the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice.

User Accounts

• You must be 16 years or older to use the service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Information provided must be accurate and truthful.

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates these terms.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.

Orders & Delivery

• LILY is responsible for delivery within the approved service area.

• Prices displayed in the app are final prices including delivery fees.

• We target delivery in under 30 minutes — this is a goal, not an absolute guarantee.

• Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Orders are confirmed when accepted by the store and a driver is assigned.

Payments

• We accept cash, electronic payment via approved gateways, and digital wallets.

• Product prices are set by the partner store.

• Delivery fees are distance-based and clearly displayed before order confirmation.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error or order cancellation before preparation begins.

Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel an order for free before the store accepts it.

• After store acceptance and preparation has begun, partial cancellation fees may apply.

• If cancellation is due to LILY's error (major delay, wrong order), a full refund is issued.

• Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content in the app and website — including logos, designs, texts, images — is owned by or licensed to LILY. Copying or redistributing any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• LILY is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from using the service.

• Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the disputed order.

• We make every effort to ensure service quality but do not guarantee absolute perfection.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
